Warranty activation for your vending machine

Once you receive your vending machine, it is essential to activate the warranty to enjoy all the benefits we offer. If you do not activate the warranty, the coverage period will be reduced by half.

Warranty details

• Coverage: The warranty covers your vending machine for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Preventive Service To maintain the full warranty, a preventative service is required every 6 months. This service includes a complete check and cleaning of critical components.

In case of failures

If your machine has a proven fault, at Coffee&Milk we are committed to repairing or replacing the necessary parts within a maximum period of 30 days, so that you can enjoy your coffee again quickly.

Important

We do not accept returns if the product works properly according to the manual.

For repairs or estimates, please note that it may take at least 96 hours, although we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible, but within 30 days. During the warranty period, the costs of transporting equipment, accessories or supplies are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

• No installation or cleaning costs.
• Repairs due to accidents, misuse or lack of maintenance.
• Scale damage, electrical problems, improper use, corrosion, flooding or non-original parts

Repairs: Any services or repairs covered by the warranty will be performed at our headquarters or referred to the certified technical service nearest to your location.
